I just want to acknowledge the fact that I am, in this very moment, enjoying a wonderful plate of "Janssons Frestelse" (Jansson's Temptation). This dish is a typical, traditional Swedish Christmas dish. "Janssons Frestelse" is basically a gratin and cassarole that consists of potatoes, pickled sprats, onion and whipcream (NOT whipped cream).
